Promotional offer (3 months) for free incoming video calls to all 2G subscribers who have 3G handsets

Free Video incoming calls is allowed to all 2G subscribers who have 3G handsets for a promotional period of 3 months from 18.05.2009 or date of launch of 3G service, whichever is latter.
